Meet the Kaiser-Martin Group Team

President and Owner
David K. Leinbach is President and owner of the Kaiser-Martin Group, and Kaiser Investment. With over thirty years of experience in the construction industry, David has hands on experience in all areas of Business Administration as well as the building trades. His Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management has helped him to enhance his skill set and thrive in today’s marketplace.  David also has experience in the governmental sector after having served eighteen years as a Township Supervisor.  David serves on numerous local civic organizations and is active in his church.  Additionally, he serves on the National Board of Trustees for the ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors) Insurance Trust.  David lives with his wife and six children in Tamaqua. 
With over fifty years of experience in the construction field, Christian brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Kaiser-Martin Group.  Having learned the trade from his father, Christian passed on the love of the trade to his son David Kaiser Leinbach.  When David started Kaiser Construction in 1984 he asked his father to join him. They have been working together since that time. Currently, Christian is "officially retired" but continues to serve as an advisor and consultant for KMG. Christian lives with his wife in Hamburg, Pa.  They have five children and 23 grandchildren.
Business Development
Sabrina Wolfe has been working in the Clerical and Administrative fields for over 14 years. Sabrina mainly has a background in the Medical Field, however she does have several years of experience working in Staffing, particularly in the hiring, placement and management of Light Industrial Employees.
Originally from Brooklyn, New York, but living with her husband, who is a native to the Reading area, and their 3 children since 2007.
Construction Manager
Ryan Wasser has dedicated his entire career to the construction industry. As a graduate of Chapel Christian Academy in Limerick, Ryan immediately entered into the construction trade. He obtained early experience being a Laborer, Carpenter and Project Superintendent. Ryan’s field experience brought a unique advantage and insight when he was promoted to Construction Manager in 2013. He is responsible for estimating and project management. Ryan completed the Associated Builders and Contractors Apprenticeship program in 2006. He also has extensive safety training, OSHA 30 hour certification, First Aid, and CPR certification.

When not working, Ryan, his wife, and two dogs can often be found on the Appalachian Trail.
Office Administrator
Amy Klein is the Office Administrator for the Kaiser-Martin Group with 20 years of Office Administrative work experience.  Before joining in July of 2012, Amy had worked for several years in the Glass Industry and later in the Administrative Offices for the Local School District. Amy lives with her husband and three sons in Wernersville, PA.
